Before Listing Your Studio

Make Sure You Promote Your Studio Accurately and Completely

Viarupa aims to offer studio alternatives to guest artists.

Viarupa uses an advanced system for you to enter the necessary information. While creating your ad, if you need to share more information about your field than we anticipated, share it in detail in the "description" section.

Decide which of the hourly, daily and monthly rental options at Viarupa and which type or types of usage are suitable for you and your studio.

Select from the list the materials and equipment you will provide for the use of the guest artist you will host. If the option you want is not on the list, write it in detail in the "description" section. Don't forget to mention any consumables/equipment that are not included in your requested amount.

Consider that the photographs you take are important in promoting your studio and Viarupa photography standards.

  • Each photo must be at most 5Mb.
  • General and detail shots of your studio will be effective in deciding the guest artist you will host. In your photographs, include the physical conditions (size, lighting, equipment, etc.) of the place for the guest artist use.
  • Make sure that there are no third parties in the photographs, that your personal objects and works that you do not want to be visible are out of the frame, and that there are no images that are deemed inappropriate by law.

If you need support for your photo shooting, you can request it from Viarupa's contracted professional team and contact us at support@viarupa.com.

Hosting Guest Artist

Remember that you are responsible for providing guest artists with keys and door passwords, if available.

It's up to you to decide which materials or equipment you will share or not share. You may request additional fees for materials and equipment that are not included in the advertisement. It will be the guest artist's decision whether to accept this or not.

Viarupa recommends you to make an "Inventory List" in order to detect excessive use of the shared material, detect possible equipment damage and eliminate it.

Write down your working equipment, the material stock information you have shared, and the materials for which you will charge additional fees in this list. Make sure you agree on this list when your guest enters the workshop and confirm it together via Viarupa.

Always make all kinds of communications, including "Inventory List" approval, through Viarupa.

Please note that in case of a possible dispute, only correspondence and approvals made through the Viarupa Platform will be taken into account for the resolution of the issue.

Important: The payment process takes place entirely through Viarupa, securely for both parties. Please read the payment, cancellation and return conditions and the agreement in detail before sharing your workshop.

If you need more detailed information, you can always reach us at support@viarupa.com.
