About Membership

Membership to Viarupa, a network of artists and artist venues, is free. Once you complete the membership which is the first step of becoming a Viarupa member, you can benefit from many advantages and enter the Viarupa sharing network. However, you are legally required to be over 18 years old.

 

Viarupa's aim is to create a network where every artist can feel like they belong. The debates about what is art and what is not art which have been going on for centuries, will of course continue for years to come. However, Viarupa does not discriminate between amateurs and professionals in art. We defend that producers from every discipline have the right to representation. If you are an artist, you can list your works and offer them for sale at Viarupa Gallery. We recommend that you read the articles under the title "Artwork Listing".

 

If you are a Viarupan who wants to create or expand his/her own collection, you can visit Viarupa Gallery and purchase artworks that suit your budget. For this, we recommend you to read the article under the title "Before Buying an Artwork" which may be helpful.
