Viarupa Gallery will ask for basic information about your artworks. Make sure these are accurate and complete. For example, keep in mind that if the size information of the artwork is different after the work is purchased, the buyer will have the right to initiate the return process.

 

You legally accept the originality of the artwork you list. If we encounter a possible objection, we may remove the advertisement until the problem is resolved.

 

If your work finds a buyer, you will be responsible for the packaging. For this, we recommend you read the "Packaging Guide" article.

Viewers care about information about your works and their creators. It will be effective to write an informative, plain and simple explanation. The following items may serve as a guide when creating the text.

• What is your source of inspiration for the artwork in question?
• How did your subject and style selection process evolve?
• What were your feelings like during the process of producing your artwork?

Technical Details to be Provided is Important

Buyers prefer to know the following about your artwork before deciding to purchase it.Make sure you allocate enough time to provide detailed information about:

• Additional materials you used, if any, when creating the work,
• What type of surface the work was created on (describe its physical texture and level of fineness),
• If the work is a painting or photograph, whether it is framed or unframed,
• If the work is a sculpture or ceramic, whether it has a base or not,
• Which of the open or closed areas the work is suitable for,
• Whether hanging/installation is required or not,
• If required, Whether hanging/installation hardware is included or not.
