Before Renting a Studio

Viarupa studio and artist network is expanding. We are sure that you will find a studio that will meet your needs in Viarupa, whether in the city you live in or in other cities and countries you travel to.

 

Choose the workshop that inspires youViarupa uses advanced filtering to help you work according to your needs, give training, open an exhibition, organize a meeting or meet other Viarupans and seek inspiration during your travels.

 

When searching, be sure to choose a “Use Type” that suits your purpose.

 

Viarupans who are ready to share their studio with you, can offer materials and equipment that you can use in their studios, apart from the ones in filters. Before choosing a studio, be aware of additional fees may be charged for these services.

 

After completing your reservation, you can go to our Solution Partners page to complete your list of needed materials during your rental period, complete your purchase from the appropriate supplier, benefit from various advantages and have them sent to your destination.

 

Also;

• When you enter the studio, Viarupa recommends that you check the "Inventory List" prepared by the studio owner.
• Make sure that the equipment is in working order, the amount of materials that can be shared, and the amount that is available for your use for a fee, if any.
• Update the list together if necessary. Once you are sure you are in agreement, confirm together on the Platform.
• Always make all kinds of communications, including "Inventory List" approval, through Viarupa.

Please note that for possible dispute resolution, Viarupa will only consider correspondence on the platform.
